This page is part of D2D's public trust and legal information. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory rights continue to apply.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Dare To Dream, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms shown for a specific paid service, consultant engagement or connected portal feature also apply to that feature.
2. What D2D is
Dare To Dream is a study-abroad discovery, planning and marketplace platform. It helps users find and organize information about scholarships, jobs, internships, fellowships, universities, consultants and related educational resources.
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, D2D is not the university, scholarship provider, employer, embassy, immigration authority or admissions body responsible for a listed opportunity. Public information can change, so users should verify critical requirements and deadlines with the linked official source before acting.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Age rules in the Children & Teen Privacy page apply. A user who is not old enough to consent independently must use the service only with the required parent or guardian involvement.
- D2D may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation or material violations of these terms.
4. Student tools and predictions
Calculators, eligibility checks, success-readiness tools and similar features are informational planning aids. They do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, employment, funding, test scores or any other outcome. Results depend on the information supplied by the user and on criteria that may change.
5. Consultant marketplace
Consultant profiles may describe independent service providers. Unless D2D expressly identifies a consultant as its employee or agent, the consultant remains responsible for the professional services they provide. Users should review the consultant profile, scope, pricing and engagement terms before purchasing or sharing sensitive documents.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls or access restrictions.
- Do not upload malware, scrape private areas, interfere with service availability, or collect other users' personal information without authority.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation, qualifications, opportunity ownership or application outcomes.
- Do not copy or republish substantial portions of D2D content or software except as permitted by law or written authorization.
7. Third-party content and links
D2D may link to official application sites, universities, employers, scholarship providers and other third parties. D2D is not responsible for a third party's availability, security, content, decisions or terms. External links should be reviewed independently before submitting personal information or payment.
8. Intellectual property
The D2D brand, original interface, software, editorial content and other materials created by D2D are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners. Listing a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
9. Paid services and refunds
Prices, deliverables and any service-specific conditions presented at purchase form part of the agreement for that purchase. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
10. Availability and changes
D2D may add, change, suspend or retire features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance or product quality. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D2D provides public discovery information and software tools on an as-available basis and does not promise that third-party information is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing on the platform is a substitute for legal, immigration, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing terms and updates
Mandatory consumer and data-protection laws may apply based on the user, transaction and company jurisdiction. If a governing-law or dispute clause is stated in a specific signed service agreement, that clause applies to that agreement.
D2D may update these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the user accepts the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
