This page is part of D2D's public trust and legal information. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory rights continue to apply.
1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made directly to Dare To Dream for D2D-paid services. It does not control fees paid directly to universities, testing bodies, visa authorities, employers, consultants acting independently, payment processors or other third parties.
2. Before work starts
If you request cancellation before a purchased service has started and before D2D has incurred non-recoverable costs specifically for your order, D2D may approve a full or partial refund subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.
3. After work has started
Once document review, research, consultation preparation, strategy work, personalized analysis or another ordered service has begun, any refund will take account of work already performed and non-recoverable costs. Completed services are generally not refundable except where required by law or where D2D has failed to provide the purchased service.
4. Digital materials and immediately delivered services
For digital materials or services delivered immediately, cancellation rights may be limited once delivery has begun, where permitted by applicable law and where any legally required consent to immediate performance has been obtained.
5. Duplicate payments and technical errors
Verified duplicate charges, incorrect charges caused by D2D systems, or payments for a service that D2D cannot provide will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
6. Third-party fees
D2D cannot refund fees collected and retained by a third party unless D2D is legally responsible for that charge. Users should review the third party's own refund terms for application fees, test fees, visa fees, tuition deposits or independent consultant payments.
7. How to request a refund
- Use the support contact shown on the Business Information page or the contact channel provided with your purchase.
- Include the purchaser name, account email, transaction reference, service purchased and the reason for the request.
- Do not send full payment-card numbers or sensitive identity documents unless D2D specifically requests a secure verification method.
- D2D may request reasonable information needed to verify the payment and determine what work has already been delivered.
8. Processing and statutory rights
Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate available payment method. Bank or processor settlement times are outside D2D's control. This policy does not reduce any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the user's jurisdiction.
