The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme 2027 is a full-time graduate scheme (2+ years) run by NHS England, with placements across regions in England.

Five pathways: General Management, HR, Finance, Digital – Health Informatics, Engineering & Estates Management.

Salary: £31,276 starting, rising to £33,681 after 12 months.
