The Eric Bleumink Fellowship (EBF) is one of the most prestigious and fully funded scholarships in the Netherlands, offered by the University of Groningen. This scholarship is open to:

  • Students from developing countries (including Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and African nations).
  • Applicants who have received (or applied for) admission to a Master’s program at the University of Groningen.
  • Candidates with excellent academic performance, leadership potential, and strong motivation to contribute to their home country’s growth.
  • Only applicants nominated by the University are considered — direct applications for the fellowship are not accepted.
