Doctoral Student Mobile Wireless sub-THz MIMO Communication for 6G (KTH)

KTH invites applications for a fully funded doctoral position to research mobile sub-THz and THz wireless communications for 6G. The project targets cutting-edge topics such as large antenna arrays, near-field THz propagation, intelligent reflecting surfaces, joint communication & sensing (ISAC), and satellite/airborne THz links ideal if you want to work at the frontier of wireless physical-layer research.

Who can apply

  • Applicants with a second-cycle degree (e.g., Master’s) or equivalent (240 higher-education credits with ≥60 second-cycle credits), or otherwise equivalent knowledge.
  • You must meet KTH’s mandatory English requirement (equivalent to English B/6).
