Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Citizenship: Non-Chinese citizens holding a valid passport.
  2. Health: Good physical and mental health.
  3. Academic Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s: High school diploma, under 26 years
    • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years
    • PhD: Master’s degree, under 40 years
  4. Language Requirements:
    • English-taught programs: IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL iBT ≥ 85, Duolingo ≥ 105
    • Chinese-taught programs: HSK5 for undergraduates, HSK6 for postgraduates
  5. Funding Status: Applicants must not be recipients of any other scholarships.

  2. Highest academic certificate (notarized)
  3. High school transcripts (notarized)
  4. Valid language proficiency certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or HSK)

  6. Two recommendation letters from high school teachers
  7. Physical Examination Form [Download Form]
  8. Non-criminal record certificate (within 6 months)
  9. Financial proof (bank statement or sponsor letter)

For Master’s & PhD Applicants:

  1. Scanned copy of valid passport

  5. Supervisor Acceptance Letter [Download Form] (optional but preferred)

  5. Final Admission:
    Accepted students will receive an Admission Notice and Visa Application Form (JW202) by August 2025.
  6. Registration:
    Admitted students should arrive on campus by early September 2025.
